President
With over 20 years of experience in the title insurance and escrow industry within PulteGroup, Sara oversees the full scope of the company’s closing operations across 22 states. She serves on the Board of Directors for RESPRO®, holds multiple state licenses, and is an active member and advocate for the American Land Title Association. Based in Dallas, Sara is known for her strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
Chris Hinton
VP, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary
Chris joined Premier Land Title Insurance Company and PGP Title in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. With more than 15 years of experience in the title insurance industry, he has held roles with some of the largest and fastest-growing title insurers in the country. Chris is a licensed Illinois attorney and a proud graduate of DePaul University College of Law, and holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Chip Kelly
VP, National Underwriting Counsel
Chip serves as National Underwriting Counsel, providing legal, underwriting, and risk management support across all markets. He develops national underwriting guidelines, advises on complex title and settlement issues, and partners with regional teams to resolve high-stakes transactions. With a decade of experience in real estate and title law, Chip brings expertise in compliance and operational standards. Based in Dallas, he enjoys traveling and cheering for his WVU Mountaineers and Manchester City.
Carrie Feagan
Agency Support & Development Manager
Carrie has dedicated more than 20 years to Premier, where she provides training, supports outside agents with documentation, and oversees policy processing and compliance reporting. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her a trusted resource for agents and colleagues alike. Based in the Dallas area, Carrie enjoys exploring new destinations and camping with her six children and seven grandchildren.
Greg Pattee
VP, Corporate Operations
With over a decade at PulteGroup and a strong background in finance and accounting, Greg oversees centralized operations, commercial services, and escrow accounting for Premier Land Title Insurance Company. Based in Atlanta, Greg holds both an MBA and a Master of Accountancy and brings a strong analytical and strategic lens to operational leadership.
Megan Scheiderich
VP, Accounting & Finance, Assistant Treasurer
Megan oversees finance across mortgage, title, and insurance agency operations for Pulte Financial Services, and is known for building high performing teams and driving operational excellence. With over 20 years of experience in finance and audit, she ensures reporting accuracy, forecasting discipline, and strong internal controls. Megan holds B.B.A. degrees in Accounting and International Management from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA. She is currently based in Denver, CO.

VP, National Title Production & Southeast Title Manager
Christina currently oversees national title production across 20 states and collaborates with attorney agents in the Southeast markets. With over 25 years in the industry, she is passionate about mentoring her team and advancing their knowledge, focusing on driving operational excellence and fostering growth within the industry. She is based near Tampa, Florida.

With over 25 years in the title industry, Sandra currently leads teams across Florida, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. She is focused on streamlining processes and solving challenges to empower her teams to deliver exceptional results. Sandra is based in Fort Myers and is passionate about mentoring others and fostering a culture where people thrive both personally and professionally.
Raymond Shipley
Controller
Raymond brings a diverse financial background to Premier, with experience spanning construction, manufacturing, and restaurant industries. He holds a master’s in accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Colorado mountains with his wife and two daughters.
Colleen Oxbrough
SVP, CFO & Treasurer
Colleen brings deep financial leadership experience to Premier, having held senior roles at USAA, Fifth Third Bancorp, and KeyCorp prior to joining the company in 2024. Colleen holds a degree from Siena College in New York and her background spans enterprise financial planning, consumer banking, and strategic oversight across complex organizations. Colleen is currently based in San Antonio where she enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.
Michael Sullivan
SVP, General Counsel & Secretary
Joining PulteGroup in 2005, Michael is responsible for overseeing the Legal Department supporting Pulte Mortgage, PGP Title, Premier Land Title Insurance Agency, and Pulte Insurance Agency. He is a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and a former chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association Legal Issues Committee. Before joining the company, Michael represented banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders before regulators and in federal and state courts.

Eric brings over 17 years of experience in housing and consumer finance, with leadership roles spanning mortgage servicing, digital transformation, and strategic consulting. Prior to joining PulteGroup, he held senior positions at JPMorgan Chase and McKinsey & Company, where he led initiatives in home lending and retail banking. Eric holds both an AB in Government and an MBA from Harvard University and is focused on driving innovation and growth across Pulte Financial Services.

With over a decade at Pulte Financial Services and a career spanning senior technology leadership roles across multiple industries, Christy oversees enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, agile delivery, and IT operations. She previously led strategy and technology at Mercy Housing, the largest affordable housing organization in the U.S., and is known for driving innovation and operational excellence. Christy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Colorado–Boulder.

Nicole leads organizational development, talent strategy, employee engagement, and HR operations across the Mortgage, Title, and Insurance divisions of PulteGroup. Over her 23-year tenure, she transitioned from IT to HR and has built a distinguished career focused on cultivating a high-performing, values-driven culture. Nicole holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver and maintains both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
